Credit card details added but not visible

    Hi,
    Another admin to this side added a credit card as a payment method. But when I go to upgrade from our free plan I am asked to provide the credit card details. Why cannot I see under billing that a credit card has been added and why an upgrade won’t be done using the details already provided?

    Credit card details and are linked to the account, not the site.

    If you’re purchasing something for the site, you’ll need to provide your own credit card details.
