Hi Stephan,
I think you are going to require Staff help with this so I’ll tag the thread for their attention. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting. -
Note: Just in case you are not logging in under the correct account, note that the sole owner of any blog is the person with the username account who registered the blog, who is the original Admin of the blog, and who usually purchases the upgrades for the blog. Normally if you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that purchased upgrades for it then you can update credit card information at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

Ok! I just tested it and we have an error again but the message change.
Now the message is: An unknown error occurred. Please reload and try again. -
Can you please try clearing out your browser cache? or try in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome.
Thank you!

The transaction has been declined by the bank that issued your credit card. This can happen for a variety of reasons, although we’re not able to see why. Some of the reasons are:
* Credit Card hasn’t been activated yet
* Closed credit card account
* Account is over the limit
* Account is past due
* Automated fraud alertThe last reason above, an automated fraud prevention block, is the most common. Usually you just need to call your bank and let them know you want to make a purchase on WordPress.com, and they can get the block removed right away.
Can you please get in touch with the bank and then try your payment again?
Looking forward to your reply.
