  I’m having trouble adding my credit card to my wordpress account to create shipping labels. I’ve entered my information numerous times and I keep getting a message that states, There was a problem with your credit card. Please check your information and try again. I’m entering the correct cc information and I’ve even tried a different card and I keep getting the same message. I searched the forum for a solutions and none of them worked.

  What type of card have you tried?
  Also, it would be good to rule out browser issues. Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache? You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:

  You can also try using a different browser and see if the error continues.

  Hi!

  I’ve tried 2 different Visa cards. I’ve tried clearing my browser’s cache and it didn’t work. I’ll try using a different browser and follow up with you. Thanks so much for the info.
