credit card info keeps declining

    I am emailing on behalf of my directors account. He has tried twice to put a current valid credit card info into our word press account. My old Director of Instruction had his card in there but it is no longer valid. Both time he tried, it was declined… I am wondering what the problem might be?

    Hi @kbiln, I wouldn’t be able to communicate about someone else’s account, but if you’ll tell me the account we can check for any issues and reach out to them.

    Generally, though, if you get to the point where the card is declining, the card company is blocking the purchase.
