  I am trying to eliminate the credit card information in the system because the owner does not want this to be renewing automatically he would like to get a annual invoice.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  For what upgrade, and on which site is this?

  The WordPress.com account you used to create this forum thread was registered only two hours earlier, and doesn’t own any sites or upgrades with us, nor do we have any credit card information on file for you.

  If this is regarding a site hosted here on WordPress.com, make sure you’re logged into the account that owns the upgrades in question. Then you can disable auto-renew or completely cancel any upgrades in that account from the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  You’ll also be able to remove any stored payment information on the account from the page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/payment-methods
