credit card is not processing

    I am trying to renew my blog by paying the $99 yearly fee via credit card. (My site is currently down, as I never received notice of the upcoming renewal/payment needed from WordPress.) I have entered my credit card information, but I have received the error message of ‘are you sure you want to do that’ and my credit card number disappears. I have checked my ‘billing history’ and there are not records of my credit card being processes. Please help. I am looking for a phone number to call!

    You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and who is Admin of the blog to purchase and/or renew upgrades for the blog. If you’d like your upgrade to renew automatically each year, you can Enable Auto Renew.

    timethief is correct here. The upgrades on this site are not associated with your account. You’ll need to log into the account that originally made the purchase in order to renew them.
