Credit card issue

    I am a developer developing WordPress.
    “unseniors.com” is a customer’s site.
    The customer’s e-mail address is “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”.
    I registered my card on the site as a test.
    I thought it was a one-time payment.
    It is now being paid monthly.
    please stop this

  • @moimstone I don’t see recent charges on this account. Can you log out, then log in with the email address that gets receipts and renewal reminders? You should be able to manage your purchases here at that point. But if not, please get in touch again when you’re in the right account, either by replying here or by starting a request with direct support.

    Or, if you’re not positive whether the charge is through us (like if it’s WordPress hosting through some other provider) please be sure to reach out to their support.

    Also, for what it’s worth, most hosting companies and other web services will have recurring charges. If you do indeed have a paid upgrade with us, let us know and we can help you set it up to not autorenew, but upgrades will stop working on expiration.
