Credit card Issue – Unsupported Country

I am living in Pakistan and would like to utilize some of your awesome features for my somewhat new blog. Unfortunately, as I geared up to purchase a domain and register it along with a theme, I realized that Paksitan was not in the list of countries when specifying the Credit Card information. Choosing any other country obviously returned in a Country not supported error.
Is there any plans on adding additional countries to the mix? Since PayPal is not available in Pakistan either, using a Credit Card is the only option that I have. It works across most sites now including iTunes, MS Store, Amazon, etc. So wondering if WordPress is planning to include support for it as well sooner or later?

WordPress say that the country restrictions are imposed by their card processing company, not them.
You can use bitcoins for some upgrades, but I don’t think for buying domains.

WordPress.com accepts payments by major credit cards from approved countries and PayPal supported countries.
WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ Pakistan is not a supported country.
