Credit Card Not Accepted

Hi guys! I’ll make it quick.
I tried to purchase the upgrade to change my blog to a comenovember.com but my credit card was rejected – something about my country. I don’t have paypal where I live either. I can however make purchases on google play and other sites, so I’m wondering if there’s any way around this problem. Oh, I live in Lebanon.

We use PayPal as our credit card processor. Unfortunately, they have chosen to refuse payment from a few countries recently, and Lebanon is one of those countries. Alright, well sorry if this seems redundant but is there any way I could just do a bank transfer or Western Union or some other service like that? And since I am not from America is it possible to get someone who lives there to get a Paypal account for me that I would use instead or is this against the law?

Bank drafts and transfers like you suggest are not accepted. I don’t know the answer to your legal question – sorry.
