Credit Card not connecting to Store

I’m trying to print my shipping labels from woo commerce. My card is uploaded to my account, but when I am in the order at the payment step, it is telling me I need to add a card…even though it’s already added. This is a HUGE issue and very inconvenient that it’s not connecting and prohibiting business from normal operations.
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account
