Credit card on auto renewal has expired and I'm unable to access info to change.

Received email saying that my credit card for premium renewal has expired and that if I don’t update with a new credit card by August, I will lose my premium status. (the $99.00 year fee). I am unable to access page that allows you to put in new credit card. Please advise.

Hello there,
The sole owner of any blog is the person with the username account who registered the blog, who is the original Admin of the blog, and who purchased the upgrades for the blog. That blog owner can login and update credit card information at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

Hi there,
The Premium plan was purchased by a different WordPress.com account (the other administrator user on the site), so you’ll need to log in to that account or ask the owner of that account to log in and update the credit card details on the My Upgrades page from that account.
It looks like you already logged in to that account to take care of that, but please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
