Credit card payment declined

  Hello. I’m trying to upgrade my account and purchase a domain; however, WordPress is rejecting my card. It is a Mastercard and currently I am based in the Philippines. What should I do?

  Each time I like the card to my wordpress account, I get this notification: Please Contact Support quoting error HYTFSI
