Credit Card Payment Information

  credit card information
  My domain is set to auto-renew and I am trying to confirm that the credit card I have on file is not expired. I’ve followed the instructions I found to go to “My Domain” and I should see an option to view my credit card info there, but I’m not seeing it.

  Hello there!

  If you are referring to the domain, liverungrow.com, set to expire on November 20th, 2014: it appears as if your card was charged today. The transaction is still in process, so I can’t see if it’s been accepted or rejected yet.

  When the transaction is finalized, you’ll see the expiration date pushed to 2015.
