Credit card payments – Pending Renewal

  In an effort to update the expiration date of my “saved” credit card, I have deleted the card. How do I register a payment method?

  Please go here and enable Auto-Renew:

  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades

  Then you should be able to add your new credit card.

  I’ve seen this guidance elsewhere…
  but when I “go here” I see no option for me to “enable Auto-Renew.”

  Hi there,

  I see the issue! Sorry about that. So, currently it is in the process of renewing the card that was on file. Please check back in a day or two and you should be able to update the credit card for next year. If the transaction does not go through you will get an email to update the credit card.
