  I am looking into web hosting for a new business and can’t find any information about how much is charged for credit card processing.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,
  The wordpress blogs are saved to the database witch u will buy. It’s same with the credit cards. Just buy a hosting for wordpress, with database.

  They do their own credit card processing? Or allow you to use your own host for credit card processing? Do they only allow certain hosts?

  With a WordPress.com Business plan or eCommerce plan you could use Woocommerce. Perhaps approaching them first would give you a better understanding. https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/#

  We don’t do any credit card processing, as we are not a payment processor. We are simply a hosting provider.

  To process payments through your WordPress.com site you’ll need to use a service like PayPal or Stripe, and what that will cost depends on the fees charged by those companies themselves for the service they provide.

  On our Premium Plan you can take payments via our Simple Payments feature which uses PayPal. For anything more you’ll need our Business Plan which will allow you to install any Payment Gateway plugin created for WordPress.
