credit card shows payment, wordpress.com has no receipt linked to my account

    Hello, Last week on Thursday, I paid for the business platform for a domain ($96.00). My credit card was charged, I have proof, but I have not been able to launch my domain. It keeps saying, ‘coming soon’. Please help

    Hi, it looks like you do indeed have a Premium plan ($96) for themintneedle.com. If the site is ready to launch then you can launch it and remove that Coming Soon screen from your general Settings page.

    We have some information about it in our Site Privacy Settings guide. As it is, your site will always start off being un-launched so you can work on it in privacy, and when you’re ready to show it to the world you can then launch it!
