Credit card update not working.

I am trying to update my credit card and get an error message. It occurs to me that my address changed a few months ago — including zip code needed to update credit card — but I cannot find my address on your website to check it. In fact, I was lucky that I did find what credit card I used. At any rate, please help me get necessary changes made. If you are still having trouble with this, please delete the existing credit card on file here https://wordpress.com/me/billing.
Then you can re-add the updated information as part of the renewal process.
If you continue to have trouble let me know.
