Credit card used by someone I don't know?

    I haven’t been using this platform for over 6 months now and I recieved a paiement in my bill this month. I never did an update.
    On the 30-07-2016, 129$ was charged to my credit card but I can’t find any trace of it in my WP account! So I believe some body might have used my card?

    I would appreciate to recieve a complete refund.

    The issue is likely that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of any upgrades.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. The most likely reason it happened is that the upgrade on that second account was set to auto-renew.

    You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel the upgrade and get a refund. You can also try using https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ which is set up to help track down mystery charges like this.
