Credit card will not process

I tried to “purchase” the free trial of your premium service and the credit card processing went on and on…over 5 minutes…and then, “POOF,” disappeared with no error message or anything. Can you help me?

Did you check to see if there was a charge on your card? You may want to try again if a charge did not got through.
I’ve also tagged staff so that they can look into this.

I’m not seeing any transactions or failed transactions showing on your account.
Could I ask you to give it another try and let me know what happens?

Something must have worked to allow me to use the free option because I’m up and running. If I decide to purchase or do a free trial of one of the fee-based options and it doesn’t work, I’ll get back to you. THanks!
