credit for new theme

We have been working on a wordpress blog for MONTHS. I am very new to this world and have had a lot of confusion in figuring out and in turn passed on to our businesses social media director. In my time trying to look through I purchased the premium theme option for $30 yet that is no use to us. It isn’t allowing us to do anything that we need. Basically, we threw away $30. Our social media director recommends we purchase a theme from WordPress, my issue is I would like to use the $30 towards our theme purchase. How can we do this and move forward with purchasing a theme? We want to get this done and make it live and as professional as possible. I appreciate your help!

Are you thinking of the $30 Custom Design upgrade? I see that was purchased for the villagecollectionboutique.com site.
It’s a bit past the refund date, but I’d be happy to remove that upgrade and apply $30 in credit to your account so that you could purchase a premium theme.

I purchased the ForeFront theme last night but for some reason our $30 credit didn’t apply. Can you please credit our card that $30 ASAP?? If you can send a confirmation that it was completed that would be greatly appreciated!

It looks as though you used the $30 to purchase the Custom Design upgrade again. Was that on purpose?
