Credit not applied?

I was charged for a domain mapping renewal (for a domain I own) on November 9 and requested a refund on November 10. No refund has been applied at this time (December 27) and my account shows that the domain mapping is not active. Is there a way that I can contact someone at wordpress.com about this directly?
