Creditcard payment

    I am trying to purchase the premium upgrade, but my creditcard got rejected in the payment interface and it’s not telling me why. Why?

    I don’t see any failed payment attempts on your account, so it doesn’t look like the transaction was even started on our end.

    Do you have a PayPal account? Can you try paying directly via that, if possible?

    At which point in the process does it tell you your credit card is rejected? Or does the payment just silently fail without any notification at all? If the latter, can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if that makes any difference?
