    Hello. I want to upgrade my plan from premium to business. It says that I have credits on my account but it does not show up on my cart when I select the business plan. Will I be charged the whole business plan once I pay or will the credits be deducted?

    Hi there,

    The normal cost of the Business Plan is 13,996 ₱ but in this case I can confirm you were charged only 9,000 ₱ and not the full price. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    To clarify, we subtracted the value of the the Premium plan from the total to arrive at that discounted price. Next year the renewal for Business will be at the standard price.
