Credits Did Not Show Up

  I purchased 10 credits via Paypal in order to renew my domain name. Yet these credits never showed up. I have the receipt from Paypal. How long is this suppose to take? How can I fix this issue.

  Support works 8am-4pm Pacific time and they may just not have gotten to it. Typically it will take a few hours but it should show up. If it hasn’t within a few hours of support opening, then contact them with the transaction details and such at http://wordpress.com/contact-support/

  You’re welcome and that’s probably your best bet.
