    Supernovia, I see on “My Sites” that I apparently have TWO different creeksideinsumner sites. What is the difference? (I meant to ask about that before.) Is one “free” and the other we’re paying $4/month for? Probably that is the one we should keep, with more capabilities. Please advice. Can you delete excess one?
    Regarding the “start from scratch” with the kept one, is there a “beginning instructions” site that I could try my hand with first? Or, given my “non-intuitive” brain, should with you giving me the first step? MANY, MANY THANKS for everytging already. Allan

    You asked about the extra site then and I suggested deleting it.

    Whenever possible, it’s best to make one “topic” (also known as a thread) per issue, and only put one issue in each topic.

  • Supernovia, This our new thread? I’ve now spent over an hour typing with my two fingers trying to offer you a new summary of what we want the website to be like. Disappeared it, almost finished, twice now. I need to learn to quit while I’m ahead. BTW, is this the “Personal” site, that we want to keep, rather that the “free” one? I think you said you were able to get rid of the other one. If not, please do. Third Summary:
    Page 1 would have the picture across the page top, say no more than about 3″ deep to save space below. Probably a couple of short “come on” phrases in or under the picture. And we want to be able to change the pic later. The rest of that page would just have a number of “Topic Headings” Listed, each just 1 or 2 words, large, bold, Caps. Probably 7 or 8, with ability to add others later. The “format” idea is that some of these HEADINGS would be chosen stay on that page, with the content of each to be added in by ourselves later. Additional pages would be required, initially probably 2 o 3 more. When or more of the topic headings are chosen to stay on P. 1, they remain there, and all the others move onto the next page. And so, and so on. Page 2 and beyond would all simply have Creekside Homeowners Association across the top as heading, with a small square of the P. 1 pic in the upper left corner. Say 2″ X 2″. They would each have one or more of the remaining topic headings. VERY plain site, yes. It’s going to get used a lot more for communication with the members of administrative. Hope we can do! Allan
