Crippled site updatng

  My account was apparently dropped by WordPress this past weekend. I can view the site but not access the current version of the tools to update the site normally. I am able to get to the Dashboard (old version of WordPress tools) and add content, but the new content is not then reflected on the home page of the site.

  Using forum seems an inadequate support system. Still waiting for a useful response. Problem surfaced on Saturday and I thought it was one of those occasional glitches.

  My first post on this problem was Monday. Second post this morning. What happened at WordPress over the weekend to upend its service?

  Again, my site can be accessed but not the tools to properly add content. I was able to add content via Dashboard this morning but it’s not updating Home or being displayed as it seems to be an earlier version of WordPress.com.
