critical error

  Our website shows a critical error and I am unfortunately not able to access anything to resolve the problem. We had quite a few customers phoning and complaining and it has a big impact on our restaurant. I only have the login details for the website but I cannot login. Please assist urgently.

  Hey there Petra, I am guessing your site is not hosted here with us. I don’t see a site on this account, plus we typically fix these errors for our customers. If you’ll send a link to the site, we can confirm.
