Critical Error

critical error after wpcomstaging appears in redhawksrising.com (now redhawksrising.wpcomstaging.com)
I followed directions to use phpMyAdmin to wp_options to find active_plugins (33) and deleted and added a:0:{} and hit go.
No effect I go to site admin but cannot make changes to anything. still get critical error when click on anything.
The My SIte does not provide a way to change the Primary address it is stuck on wpcomstaging.com inserted into my domain.
Just my luck this happens whr WP support is on hiatus until next week.

@adminvhs I think it’s working now. Can you confirm? You should still be able to access support directly, by the way, and get priority help because of your business plan:

I just realized you are probably on a different site from the person who first made the post, so I’ve split your comment into its own thread. Looks like you did reach out to support & should hear back soon. Cheers!

Hello @nofakelife,
Please create a new thread if you have any issues or questions pertaining to your site. This will help in the proper dealing with the issue as well as for recording purposes as well.
Here’s where you can create one: https://wordpress.com/forums/?new=1
However, I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.
The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
You can also look at the troubleshooting guide here:
https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshootingIn addition, you might want to consider posting your question at WordPress.org’s support forum, where people are familiar with such problems and can help you in a more efficient manner: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
Hope this helps! :)
