  hello, I was testing plugins and encountered critical error.
  Normally we will receive recovery mode link, but did not this time and the page is now offline.
  can I please ask to send the recovery mode link to our registered email (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I’m guessing you’re using a free copy of WordPress with another host. If so, can you contact your host for help with this?
