  I apparently don’t have the recovery email for my account. The ‘admin’ password that I have in Lastpass doesn’t work to allow me to FTP in to try and fix the problems with my site.

  I really don’t know how to proceed – can you help?

  It seems that your site is hosted with Hostinger, not with WordPress.com, so we won’t be able to help you directly with this. I’d suggest reaching out to your host, but there is also some helpful info in this article:
