Critical Error

    Am getting the following message when I try to access my website: newdesires.co.uk. This happened in November 2022 but I have been unable to resolve it.
    ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.’
    My site is hosted by NameHero but they cannot help. They sent me the following information and suggest I contact you…..

    On checking, I could see that the two plugins need to be re-installed from your end. They are :

    Woocommerce
    woocommerce-paypal-payments

    As of now, it is showing a theme error when partially loads the site. Please find the error here :

    You can either try changing the theme to any other theme, or contact the theme vendor to see if they can assist with this above error.

    Hi there, 

     I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com. 

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
