  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that your site has been down for a week. But, I have verified that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. In this case, you use the self-hosted version, the software of which is available on WordPress.org.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are different. Check it out: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

This forum is only focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

You can contact your host directly to get help with your issue.

WordPress.org community forums can be a good place to ask for help with this:http://wordpress.org/support/forums

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue and get your site back up and running:

    1. Check for updates: Make sure all your themes and plugins are up-to-date. Updates can fix any bugs or issues that may have been caused by the WordPress update.
    2. Check for errors in the error logs: Check your error logs for any errors or issues that may have occurred during the update. This can help you identify and fix any specific issues that may be causing your site to be down.
    3. Check for compatibility issues: Make sure your themes and plugins are compatible with the latest version of WordPress. If they are not, they may be causing conflicts or other issues on your site.
