    Hi WordPress Team,

  • Hi there,

We can’t help directly because we don’t host wonderlight.pt on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

To clarify, we are a fully managed WordPress provider. We use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress and provides integrated caching, server-level performance improvements, security, automatic updates to core software, robust backups, and in-house support from our WordPress.com Happiness Engineers. To offer this we use a customized version of WordPress (different from what you use at Axon Hosting, for example) which is optimized for our infrastructure and offers the best performance possible.

For example, we do not show Critical Error messages on WordPress.com sites because of our custom infrastructure, which was my first clue that you may be hosted with another provider.

We are not familiar with troubleshooting critical error messages but the good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!
