critical error

    I can not log in to my client’s website, 1dstrategy.com because of a critical error. Usually, with self-hosted solutions, I can disable the plugin folder and start to problem-solve the issue. How can I fix the issue without access to the site files like ftp or other hosting access points? Do I advise the client to move away from .com and go .org? Is that the only solution? Please advise.

  • Hey there @ryans213a43921d13a – are you still getting an error? You can use SFTP if you’d like, but if you can log in with the account that owns the upgrade, you can also get direct support so we can fix any issues along these lines for you.
