  Your site does not seem to be on wordpress.com, please refer to the wordpress.org support forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
  Have a look at this page on wordpress.org: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/faq-troubleshooting/
  You may as well contact your hosting provider and ask them to upload a back-up from before you made these changes, if your provider offers this service.
