From what I can see in your account, it appears that your website was previously on our Business plan. However, it seems that this plan was recently canceled. When your Business plan was canceled, your site automatically reverted to the Free plan.
Plugins are a feature that’s only available on our Business plan. This is why you’re currently unable to access your installed plugins. They’re still there, but the ability to access and manage them comes with the Business plan.
If you want to regain access to your plugins, the simplest way would be to repurchase the Business plan. Once you’ve done that, you should regain immediate access to your plugins, and you can manage them as before.
