Cant install theme, lost all content, and cant reach support via email or live chat – what to do ?

Thank you for your message. Your problem was caused by the Juliet theme. The theme is not compatible with PHP version 8.0. After downgrading the PHP version to 7.4 your site started working again.
I suggest verifying this with the Juliet theme support since PHP version 7.4 can be considered legacy and won’t be supported anymore in the future.If you need any additional help, just let us know.
