critical error

  I installed the Ditty plugin and now I have a critical error and can not access my site or even delete the plugin. Could you please delete the Ditty plugin for me on your end?

  This is for my site with the business plan.

  I also uploaded two other plugins. If those are also faulty those can be deleted as well.

  I want to add a news tracker to my page. Or a text scroller. Is this possible with my chosen theme?

  I have the business plan but cannot access the chat support I was promised. How do I access the chat support when it does not show as an option?

  I added a new plugin that I am unable to delete and I think this is the reason. How do I delete the plugin when I can’t access the site or reach any admins???

  In general regarding your theme, it should be possible to add a ticker plugin of some kind; aside from the Ditty plugin you mentioned there are a few others here:
