Critical Error

My plugins have disappeared and my Thrive dashboard has too. I checked my email as the error requests and have received no emails. This has been going on for more than 24 hours and I have attempted chat and email support with no response still. I only get the error when I try to manage my plugins or edit my site. Can you please help me?

It looks like the critical error was caused by the plugin
wp-quiz. I have deactivated the plugin for you, and you should be able to access your plugins and pages now!Hope this helps!
