The Jetpack plugin is used to connect your site to your WordPress.com Account as well as other hosting features such as backups, performance, and stats. Because of this, the Jetpack plugin cannot be deactivated. I took a look at your site and was unable to reproduce the critical error, can you share where you are seeing this error?
