Critical error

Hi there, I’m currently unable to access my dashboard for my site (fireantseason.com) to see if I have a faulty plugin occurring on my page. I tried following the steps outline in ‘critical errors’, but I don’t see the option for this step in my dashboard:
‘Visit Plugins or Appearance → Themes, depending on which you will need to deactivate.’
