Critical Error

I’m continuing to get the critical error message. I’ve removed all plugins and gone back to a default theme via WInSCP but I’m continuing to get the same error message. I never received an email from WP explaining where the error is. What else can I do to restore my website?

Please enable the WordPress debug log. This will allow us to see if any PHP errors are being produced. To enable the debug, follow the article below.
Debugging
Paste the latest lines here from the
debug.logorerror.logfile. No need to paste the entire log file. Just 20 lines or so will do. Please censor any sensitive information.
