  SO I received a critical error message for my site, it states it sent an email to the page admin but I have not received the email. I do not know what I need to do but I cannot accesss the site not the dashboard to try and reset or remove plugins that may be causing this issue.

  I was able to get to my plugins thru the dashboard and disconnect jetpack which has been a suggestion in other forums. Doing so completely removed my site from the wp dashboard and now I have no idea how to get it back in the dashboard.
