Critical Error

Hi, my staging site staging.goldenhar.org.uk crashed after I bulk-activated plugins. I now get a critical error and can’t access wp-admin or the plugin manager (it just says “No results”).
I also don’t have access to the recovery email. Please could you disable all plugins for me manually so I can get access to the dashboard again?
the ai wont let me speak to a human because i apparently don’t have a plan yet obviously i do bc i can install plugins
