Critical Error

Afternoon All
I have a critical error on my widget.
Wanted to change address on footer.
Critial Error tells me to see email send for instructions, but I cannot find the email sent to the administrator.
No sure what to do.
Can any one please advise?

PS: Please connect with FTP software like Filezilla and rename the active theme to something else in the theme directory, then reinstall it manually.
