Critical Error

    Hi,

    The shoreditch theme is causing a critical error at the front end. This has happened twice in a month, while backend works fine. Pls help.

    Access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the /shoreditch/ directory to /shoreditch-broken/

    This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully restore the site.

    Next, are you able to re-install and activate the Shoreditch theme while all plugins are deactivated?
