Hi there,
Your site at http://euphoriaxboutique.com/ is built using the open source WordPress software made on WordPress.org, and it’s hosted at Bluehost.com. The site is also connected to your WordPress.com account through the Jetpack plugin, but it’s not hosted on our servers, and we don’t have any control over it.
If you can’t access the dashboard at all, most likely a plugin you have installed is causing a fatal error. You can check that by manually disabling all plugins on your site – if that allows you to access the dashboard again, you can then re-enable your plugins one at a time until it breaks again, to determine which plugin is the cause. Then contact support for that plugin for more help.
You can find more information on troubleshooting this type of issue here:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/common-wordpress-errors/
You can contact Bluehost support for help accessing the database to manually disable your plugins.
For more help with the version of WordPress you’re using on that site, you can ask the WordPress.org community, who makes that software, in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
For help with the WooCommerce plugin, you can reach their support at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
