I was building a website on WordPress. Everything was going smoothly. However, I ran into a critical error. I ran a debug on the site.

There has been a critical error on this website.I visited these in my panel and can’t understand what is the problem.
For context Line 280 in settings is
require ABSPATH . WPINC . ‘/rest-api/endpoints/class-wp-rest-block-patterns-controller.php’;
and 5775 in functions is E_USER_NOTICE
Website was working perfectly fine for a long time. Would greatly appreciate any and all help.
