Critical Error and 500 Internal Server Error on Website
-
Hi everyone,
I’m currently facing a major issue with my WordPress website: sunprimehospitality.com. The site is showing the following errors:
- There has been a critical error on this website.
- 500 Internal Server Error
This has made the entire website inaccessible. The issue started suddenly, and no recent changes were made to the theme, plugins, or core files from my side.
I’ve tried accessing the admin dashboard, but it’s also unavailable due to the same error.
What I need help with:
- Identifying the cause (possibly plugin or theme conflict, or server issue)
- Steps to safely resolve this without data loss
- Any recommendations for debugging this further (e.g., enabling WP_DEBUG, checking error logs, etc.)
Please let me know how to proceed. If more technical details or access info are required, I’m happy to provide them. Appreciate any guidance or support from the community.

Hi there,
Good morning. I hope you’re doing great.
Did you refer to sunprimehospitality.com as the website where you’re experiencing the issue? If so, it looks like you’re using self-hosted WordPress, not WordPress.com.

Therefore, it’s recommended to open a support ticket at the following URL for WordPress.org support.
