Critical error but no email received

Hi there! I received the “Critical error” message when trying to access my WP admin dashboard and it states to check my email, but I did not receive anything about errors.
I cannot access the plugins – and all of the PHO debugging is over my head. Please help :)

Also, I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.
The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
